Mystery Shopping
Wining sites are mystery shopped in alternate years and will be graded
Red – Does not meet the requirement with major issued identified by judges
Amber – Meets the standard but with some minor areas of concern raised by judges
Green – Meets the standard with no concerns raised
If a site is graded red, the scheme reserves the right to ask the site to suspend flying the flag until they can demonstrate that the issues have been addressed.
