Hailes Quarry Park

Although there are site restrictions, Hailes Quarry Park can proudly boast to being one of the most improved in the neighbourhood. The improved entrances make the park easily accessible for local walkers, joggers and cyclists. The park is also an important green space accessible from the adjacent Union Canal tow path.Due to the nature and background of Hailes Quarry Park it was not until recently, seen as a destination for leisure activity, however this has changed since the investment partnership between CEC & ELGT in 2006.The park benefited from a substantial capital contribution from CEC Parks Dept., ELGT were assigned to deliver the project management and community engagement
