Celebrate your people and successes with Horticulture Week's Custodian awards.
Horticulture Week launched the Custodian Awards last year to honour and reward in-house teams at local or regional authorities, trust and national parks, woodlands and forests, gardens, arboreta and university and school grounds. So those who do the hard work looking after these crucial landscapes could get the recognition they deserve.
This year, they have added new categories, including Best Heritage Park and Best Neighbourhood Park.
There are categories for teams, initiatives and places and so there is a lot of scope for entries. The entry process has been deliberately kept both easy and affordable for what is, sadly, a sector under a lot of pressure.
So if you have achieved the seemingly impossible this year, if you are winning plaudits from your community for the quality of what you do, if you have made a significant contribution to the success of a project or if you have found new ways to work with private and third-sector partners, then the Custodian Awards team would love to hear from you.
